The New Albany Exchange Pub & Kitchen opened its doors in late January 2011. Under the careful guidance of Proprietor Ian Hall, a diamond in the rough was born. In developing the gastropub concept, we wanted to offer classy cooking and thought provoking beverages in a comfortable and casual setting.
The New Albany Exchange was developed with the idea of returning to past. Our hand crafted tables and signage were built out of 100 year old barn wood. Reclaimed materials and salvaged antiques were used throughout the space and were discovered at local thrift shops and antique stores.
Our mission here at the New Albany Exchange is to provide our guests with a great dining experience at a fair and reasonable price. We focus on using only local purveyors and products where ever possible.
The best way to describe our menu here at the New Albany Exchange is what we like to call "Gourmet Comfort Food." With a seasonally rotating menu and our daily features you can always find something new. You will see many familiar items on our menu, all with their own individual twist.
Our beverage program is second to none. We feature 8 rotating craft beers on draught and 15 by the bottle options. Our cocktail menus feature a variety of recipes dating from the roaring '20s to present day. We use only premium spirits, house made syrups, and fresh produce in all our cocktails. Why not try a Moscow Mule made with vanilla vodka, house made ginger syrup, and fresh squeezed lime juice served in a vintage copper mug? Sounds good, we know! Our wine list is made up of boutique styles wines that will give our guests an opportunity to try something they may have never seen or heard of before.
Thank you for visiting us and we hope to see you soon at the New Albany Exchange Pub & Kitchen.
